Take time out from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what really matters.

As we move into the energy of May — longer days, more light, a natural pull to be outside — this is a chance to reset your system and realign. If you’ve been feeling busy, stretched or constantly “on”, this three-quarter day retreat offers space to build calm resilience in your body, not just your mind. Through heat, cold, breath and nature, you’ll gently expand your capacity, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling clearer, steadier and more grounded.

What to Expect on the Day

Welcome & Introduction to Contrast Therapy
For those new to contrast therapy, the day begins with a gentle, supportive introduction led by Emma. This space is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before stepping into the experience.

Arrival & Grounding
Arrive, settle, and take a moment to land before we begin. A chance to step out of your busy world and into something slower.

Breathwork Session
Be guided through a conscious breathwork session with Lisa — designed to regulate your nervous system, increase energy, and bring you into presence.

Contrast Therapy Experience
Experience hot–cold contrast in a small, supportive group setting. You’ll be guided safely between heat and cold, learning how to stay steady within intensity.

Relaxing Sauna Ritual with Warming Essential Oils
Beautiful aromatics as the heat rises in intensity over the 10-15 accompanied with deeply relaxing music. Finish with a fresh mint tea before heading out into the woods.

Nature Connection & Woodland Immersion
We then move into the local woodland to integrate the experience. Expect gentle, mindful nature connection — grounding, spacious and restorative.

Outdoor Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing outdoor lunch, giving you time to connect, reflect and simply be.
