As the seasons shift and life begins to speed up again, this is your invitation to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.

Join us for a deeply restorative day retreat combining conscious breathwork, sauna, cold immersion and nervous system regulation practices designed to help you release stress, restore energy and build resilience for the months ahead.

This retreat is for busy women who are constantly giving to everyone else and need space to breathe, slow down and recharge — physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • Guided Contrast Therapy Session and Sauna Ritual (sauna and cold immersion)

What to Expect on the Day

No previous breathwork or cold water experience is needed — everything will be gently guided and fully supported.

Expect to leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded, with renewed energy, a regulated nervous system and a greater sense of balance as you move into the autumn season.

Welcome & Introduction to Contrast Therapy
For those new to contrast therapy, the day begins with a gentle, supportive introduction led by Emma. This space is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before stepping into the experience.

Arrival & Grounding
Arrive, settle, and take a moment to land before we begin. A chance to step out of your busy world and into something slower.

Breathwork Session
Be guided through a conscious breathwork session with Lisa — designed to regulate your nervous system, increase energy, and bring you into presence.

Contrast Therapy Experience
Experience hot–cold contrast in a small, supportive group setting. You’ll be guided safely between heat and cold, learning how to stay steady within intensity.

Relaxing Sauna Ritual with Warming Essential Oils
Beautiful aromatics as the heat rises in intensity over the 10-15 accompanied with deeply relaxing music. Finish with a fresh mint tea before heading out into the woods.

Group Session

We’ll then come together for a guided group session focused on nervous system regulation, reflection and connection — creating space to share, reset and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment.

Nourishing Lunch

Enjoy a nourishing outdoor lunch with time to slow down, connect and simply be. A chance to pause between sessions, breathe deeply, reflect on the morning and soak up the calm of the surroundings.

We’d love to share this day with you — a chance to reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate calm strength in a busy life.
