Employee wellbeing has become a real focus for organisations that want healthy, energised teams rather than stressed and exhausted ones. Breathwork has quickly found its place in workplace wellbeing because it’s simple, accessible and immediately effective. I offer a range of tailored breathwork and wellbeing sessions to corporate clients. Each session is designed in partnership with the organisational wellbeing lead, and go all the way from simple 1-hour lunch and learn sessions, right through to full day retreats and team-building experiences.
Lunch and Learn – Pause, Reset, Thrive
These short, in-person, coach-led sessions fit neatly into the working day and leave people feeling calm but alert, and equipped with the tools they need to spot stress and prevent burnout. The guided breathwork helps staff return to their desks in a better state of mind than when they walked in.

Transform Days
These are a great option for organisations looking for a deeper reset. Transform days offer a full day focused on wellbeing education and practical strategies. Employees explore habit-building, resilience and mental clarity while also experiencing breathwork. This kind of day creates space for people to slow down, learn something useful and reconnect with how they want to show up at work.
Team Building Outdoor Days
There’s also a growing appetite for experiences outside the office. Team Building Outdoor Days bring groups together in nature. The workshops combine foraging, mindful nature creative sessions, coaching, walking and breathwork. Being outdoors in this way often breaks down barriers, sparks creativity and helps colleagues see one another in a different light.
